The Suwannee River Water Management District (DISTRICT) is inviting sealed bids to construct a bath house at the District’s R.O. Ranch property in Cooks Hammock, Florida. The bath house will contain approximately 1,431 square feet of air-conditioned space and 610 square feet of covered porch. Cooks Hammock is located approximately 12 miles south of Mayo, Florida, on Highway 51 in Lafayette County.

| The minimum requirements necessary to meet the qualifications for this contract are as follows:
a) A contractors license issued by the State of Florida in accordance with Chapter 471, Florida Statutes; and
b) An occupational license allowing the bidder to conduct business at the site of the work; and
c) Owned and operated their current business for a minimum of three (3) years with experience on commercial projects of a similar nature by the individual, firm, or project manager assigned to the project (bidders shall include information which clearly demonstrates their ability to meet this requirement); and
d) Three commercial references with names, addresses, and telephone numbers. Bidders shall use the form provided in the contract documents to list their references.
